Symphony X announce 25th anniversary tour
Metal troops Symphony X have announced a massive North American tour commencing in 2022 celebrating the band’s 25th anniversary. The 27-city excursion takes place in May/June invading major U.S. markets like New York, Detroit, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Orlando and Baltimore. Canadian shows are planned for Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Joining the tour in support will be special guests Haken and Trope.
Symphony X will continue supporting their ninth studio album ‘Underworld’ released on July 24th, 2015 via Nuclear Blast. The new album follows up 2011’s ‘Iconoclast’ which reached a career-best #76 on the Billboard 200 and includes the tracks ‘End of Innocence’, ‘Dehumanized’, ‘Heretic’ and ‘Prometheus’. Aside from a few early lineup changes after forming in 1994, the band still consists of longtime members Michael Romeo, Michael Pinnella, Russell Allen, Jason Rullo and Michael Lepond.
